At Narwal India, we want to ensure your new smart robotic vacuum cleaner is set up perfectly. Please review our installation options below to choose the method that best fits your needs. 

1. Virtual Installation (Standard Offering) 

• Cost: Completely FREE 
• What it includes: All Narwal products come with complimentary virtual installation support. Our expert team will guide you step-by-step via video call to help you set up your device, map your home, and connect to the app. 

2. Physical In-Home Installation 

Want a hands-on setup? We offer professional physical installation services by trained technicians. 

• Flow Series: Physical installation is completely free of charge for all FLOW series products and above. 
• Other Models: For other models, physical installation can be requested as an optional paid service for a nominal fee of ₹499/- per installation. 

3. Serviceable Cities for Physical Installation 

Physical in-home installation is currently available exclusively within the city limits of the following locations: 

• Ahmedabad 
• Bangalore 
• Delhi 
• Hyderabad 
• Mumbai 
• Pune
