Return & Refund Policy

At Narwal, our robotic vacuum cleaners are advanced electronic products that undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of the product, we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy. 

 

1. No Returns / No Refunds 

  • Once a Narwal product is sold and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund 
  • This applies to all purchases made via: 
    • NarwalIndia.com 
    • Authorized online marketplaces 
    • Authorized offline retailers 

2. Exceptions (Service-Only Resolution) 

Although we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide strong after-sales service support in the following cases: 

  • Manufacturing defects 
  • Functional issues covered under warranty 
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA), subject to verification 

In such cases, the product will be repaired or replaced as per Narwal’s warranty policy. 

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. 

3. Warranty Coverage 

  • All Narwal robotic vacuum cleaners come with a standard 1 Year manufacturer warranty 
  • Warranty claims are handled through authorized service partners 
  • Damage due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage is not covered 

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios 

No return, replacement, or refund will be provided for: 

  • Change of mind / dissatisfaction after use 
  • Incorrect understanding of features or performance 
  • Normal wear and tear 
  • Damage due to improper installation or use 
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers 

5. Cancellation Policy 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch 
  • Once the product is shipped, order cancellation is not allowed

  • Order ID / Invoice Number 
  • Product Model & Serial Number 
  • Description of the issue 
  • Images or videos (if applicable) 

Our service team will respond within 48 working hours

7. Policy Acceptance 

By purchasing a Narwal product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Return & No Refund Policy. 

8. Policy Changes 

Narwal India reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. 

9. Refusal at Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO) 

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery or the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to non-acceptance, the order will not be eligible for a full refund 
  • In such cases, a deduction of 5% of the order value + applicable GST will be made towards logistics, handling, and processing charges 
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days 
  • This applies even though Narwal follows a No Return & No Refund Policy
