How high a cliff can be recognized by FREO X ULTRA?
Dear user, FREO X ULTRA can recognize cliff stairs with a height greater than 10cm. For cliff stairs lower than 10cm, you can set a restricted area for evasion.
After setting a pressurized carpet, the robot goes around the carpet without cleaning it.
Dear user, the carpet cleaning will not start before the non-carpet areas of the room have been cleaned, in order to prevent staining of the carpet.
After the function to automatically switch back to the main map is disabled, the robot still frequently switches back to the main map by itself.
Dear user, since the tasks started by the robot and base station buttons are main map tasks by default, the robot will automatically switch back to the main map. If you need to use a temporary map for cleaning, please use the APP.
In temporary map mode without a base station, the mopping task cannot trigger or remind to return to wash mop according to the set frequency.
Dear user, the temporary map without a base station does not support automatic
return to wash mop. You need to manually click return to wash mop.
In the temporary map mode, the operation of the base station for task performance is unable to switch to temporary map, resulting in positioning failure.
Dear user, the default map for the base station operation is the main map. If you
need to operate the temporary map, you will need to complete this operation on
the APP.
Timed tasks cannot be set up and the task list cannot be viewed on the temporary map.

Rooms cannot be selected on the FREO X ULTRA temporary map, with only spot cleaning check boxes available; the FREO Mind Mode cannot be activated.
Dear user, the temporary map without a base station only supports spot cleaning, thus the spot cleaning checkboxes will pop up when you tap on the temporary map. The spot cleaning checkbox on the temporary map has no limit in terms of maximum side length, but the total area cannot exceed 14 square meters; due to the absence of a base station, the FREO Mind Mode is not supported.
FREO X ULTRA cannot recognize the carpet during mapping, and the carpet is not shown on the map after mapping.
Dear user, carpets cannot be recognized during the first mapping. Any carpet will be marked only after cleaning the whole house. It is recommended to check whether the carpet is displayed normally after the whole house has been cleaned for the first time.
FREO X ULTRA's mapping area does not match with the actual floor area in the floor plan.
Dear user, the robot's mapping area is calculated based on the actual cleanable area, so you need to deduct the footprint of any furniture, walls and places that the robot cannot reach. Hence, the robot's mapping area and the actual floor area will be different.
FREO X ULTRA does not show the WiFi name when pairing, or WiFi name is empty when pairing.
Dear user, you can enable the positioning permission of the Narwal Smart APP in the permissions settings of the mobile phone Settings - Narwal Smart APPP, then pair the network; the WIFI name will be displayed normally.
FREO X ULTRA is designed with a pet mode. What happens when pet mode is activated?
Dear user, after the pet family mode has been activated, the dust bag maintenance cycle for pet users will be different, featuring hair compression. For a family with pets, the frequency of hair compression will be higher, improving the overall cleaning effect.
Is it normal for the drying mop of the FREO X ULTRA to suddenly sound louder?
Dear user, if you enable vacuuming related tasks (Vacuum, Vacuum then Mop, Vacuum and Mop at the same time), the robot will automatically open the dust bag for air-drying bacterial inhibition after cleaning. At this time, the sound of the robot will be slightly louder than that of regular mop cleaning.
