Thank you for choosing Narwal India. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following details regarding shipping, delivery, and order handling.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India through reliable logistics partners.
If your address is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our support team will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery option.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or local holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), a nominal handling fee may apply.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link provided via email or SMS once the shipment is dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@narwalindia.com.
6. Order Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging or suspect mishandling:
Please do not accept the package, and
Contact Narwal India Support within 24 hours at support@narwalindia.com with your order details and photographs of the package.
Once a product has been accepted and signed for, it will be considered delivered in good condition.
7. No Return & No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (robotic cleaning devices and accessories), Narwal India follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
All sales are final once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Exceptions apply only in the following rare cases:
Defective or damaged product on arrival (verified by Narwal India service team)
Incorrect item shipped due to a warehouse error
In such cases, Narwal India will provide a replacement or service resolution as per our Warranty Policy.
Refunds, cancellations after dispatch, and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
